Chuleta Y Piña (Versión para Imprimir)

Ingredientes:

01 - 4 pork chops.
02 - 2 cups of fresh pineapple, chopped into pieces.
03 - 1 cup of pineapple juice.
04 - 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar.
05 - 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
06 - 2 teaspoons of soy sauce.
07 - 2 cloves of garlic, chopped.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.
09 - Olive oil.

Instrucciones:

01 - In a small bowl, mix the pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and chopped garlic. Set this mixture aside as it will be your sauce.
02 - Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

05 - Pour the reserved sauce mixture over the pineapple in the skillet. Stir well and bring the sauce to a boil.
06 - Return the pork chops to the skillet, immersing them in the pineapple sauce. Cook for a few more minutes to allow the chops to soak up the sauce and heat through completely.
07 - Serve the pork chops with pineapple hot, accompanied by the pineapple sauce and additional slices of fresh pineapple if desired. You can serve them with white rice or steamed vegetables.
